Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping within Australia.
If you're located outside of Australia and are interested in our products, feel free to reach out to us at info@andynahol.com — we’re happy to discuss custom shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

Note: We source all our products directly from Korea to guarantee authenticity and freshness. Each item undergoes a second round of quality check at our Australian studio before being carefully packed and delivered to you.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

At Andy Nahol, we take time to ensure all products are authentic and high quality.

Here’s a quick breakdown of our delivery timeline:

  1. Sourcing from Korea:
    We directly source genuine products from Korea. This process takes up to 7 business days.

  2. Shipping to Australia:
    International shipping from Korea to our Australian studio takes approximately 14–21 business days.

  3. Inspection & packing in Australia:
    After arrival, your order is inspected and packed at our Melbourne studio within 2–4 business days.

  4. Shipping within Australia:
    Orders are shipped from our Melbourne studio and usually arrive within 2–8 business days.

Estimated total delivery time:
19 to 40 business days
(depending on product availability and your location in Australia)


How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping (orders under $200 AUD): Flat rate of $50 AUD

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $200 AUD (Australia only)

Note: Shipping fees cover international sourcing, double inspection, and secure local delivery from our Melbourne studio.


Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped from our Australian studio, you’ll receive an email from Andy Nahol with your tracking number and link. You can track your parcel through the courier’s official site.

For transparency, we provide tracking from the moment your package leaves Korea.
Please note that it may take some time before updates appear while the package is in transit internationally.


My order status says "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Please contact us at info@andynahol.com with your order number. We’ll help you investigate the delivery status and contact the courier if necessary.


Do I have to pay VAT or duties?

All prices are inclusive of any applicable Australian GST. No additional taxes or VAT will be charged at checkout for domestic orders.


Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

Not at all. Andy Nahol handles all necessary customs processing when importing goods from Korea. You pay only the amount displayed at checkout — no surprises.
