Maybe a floor cushion brings more warmth than a throw ever could, or a slim side table fits your space better than a grand coffee table. Sometimes, you just need a little more time to decide — and that’s perfectly okay.
Change of mind
For all Australian orders—we gladly offer a credit note when items find their way back to us within 7 days of purchase, lovingly kept in their original packaging and in a condition ready to be loved again. While we can’t offer refunds for a change of heart, we’re here to help you find just the right piece to inspire your space.
Change of mind - Shipping Returns
If your heart leads you to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, the journey back to Andynarhol will be at your expense, sent through one of our trusted carriers. Once our caring team has gently reviewed and approved your return, we’ll share a shipping estimate for your blessing, followed by an invoice to gracefully set the return in motion. Please understand that these shipping costs may dance differently from the original fee.
Credit Note
Our store credit is exclusively for use in our online space — a little token to help you find something that truly speaks to you.
If your heart shifts within 7 days of purchase, simply send us an email, and we’ll issue a credit note equal to the amount paid. This note will be valid for 12 months from the day it’s created — time enough to fall in love again.
When you're ready to use your store credit, just reach out to us by email, and we'll gently guide you through your next order.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it at info@andynahol.com.
Our caring team will guide you through returning the piece to the designated warehouse. Once it arrives safely, lovingly preserved in its original packaging and ready to be cherished anew, and provided the item you wish to exchange for is available in stock, we will gladly begin the exchange process.
Damaged goods
At the heart of our craft lies an unwavering commitment to quality. Before your piece journeys to you, it undergoes three meticulous inspections guided by our careful standards. Should any imperfection find its way through, we offer a refund, exchange, or a partial credit to make things right.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@andynahol.com, including photos and details of the damage.
Our attentive Customer Care team will then work closely with you to assess the situation and swiftly arrange a suitable resolution—be it a refund, repair, exchange, or partial credit.
Please note, if we do not hear from you within 48 hours of delivery, we will assume the item arrived in perfect condition, and any claim rights will be considered waived.
